Full Time Lead Generation Internal Sales Assistant

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Lead Generator, Internal Account Manager or Telesales person with telemarketing experience in B2B sales. The role will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the Marketing Executive to provide sales leads and make sales appointments. You will receive comprehensive sales and product training, with the opportunity to attend to sales meetings.

The role requires that you conduct high volumes of outbound calls to senior executives in the private and public sector to gain both trust and information on the company’s processes and potential commercial opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to work with the current IT systems, company processes and internal marketing campaigns.

The candidate must have evidence that they can generate leads via the telephone and the ability to build a sales pipeline, create successful relationships and manage their own time and responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience isn’t essential as full and ongoing training is given. However, it would be beneficial if you have experience in a similar role, ideally inside a Software / Technology / Marketing Agency or having sold into the IT Sector.

Self-confidence with a strong ability to work alone and achieve results.

Determination to succeed, whilst being able to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve.

Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions from both internal processes and from key personnel.

Ability to make non-scripted telephone calls.

Good oral and written communication skills.

The Day-To-Day Duties

Outbound / cold calling to the client database and the sales pipeline through to closure.

Identify decision makers and influencers within your target prospect database.

Have strong business verbal and written communication skills to develop new client opportunities, especially for both telephone calls and emails.

Working with the Managing Director and Social Media Executive to develop an effective and constructive marketing campaign.

Create and maintain relationships with clients

Managing data within the CRM, ensuring all communication and information is correctly recorded.

£18,000 (Circa)

Head Office Location – Nottingham

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:15pm & Friday 9am to 4pm
